Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Shez — a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor.

I help women build strong bodies, confident mindsets, and life-long habits through purposeful coaching. My approach blends strength training with mindful, functional movement — it’s about moving with intent, not just intensity.

This isn’t about cookie-cutter workouts. It’s about creating a plan that supports your whole self — movement, mindset, hormones, and nervous system health.

I work with women who are:

  • Navigating peri or post menopause

  • Living with PCOS

  • Busy mums juggling it all

  • Feeling out of balance in their bodies

  • Simply wanting to reconnect with themselves and feel strong from the inside out

  • Those on a health journey wanting to learn more about fatloss and fitness the right way
