Hi, I’m Shez — a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor.
I help women build strong bodies, confident mindsets, and life-long habits through intelligent, purposeful coaching that blends strength training with mindful, functional movement. It’s about moving with intent, not just intensity.

After being diagnosed with PCOS in my early 20s, I spent years learning how to heal my body naturally.
Movement is the foundation of my work, but my passion also lies in supporting hormonal and nervous system health.

Today, I work with women navigating challenges like PCOS, perimenopause, chronic stress, and burnout — as well as those simply looking to reconnect with their bodies and feel strong from the inside out.
